In 1900, a white woman is murdered in San Francisco’s Chinatown, and the suspect is Chinese. The murder causes social upheaval and public calls for the banning of Chinatown. Chinese medicine practitioner QIN FU (LIU Haoran) and Chinese man Ah Gui (WANG Baoqiang) are involved in the case, and they race against time to find the killer in a battle of wits and courage.
